Shipping & Delivery
How soon will I get my order?
Our normal order processing time is 1 - 4 business days before shipment.
Once shipped, items typically arrive within:
- USA Standard: 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays)
- USA Priority (Currently not available): 1-2 days (Excluding Sundays)
- Priority shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 8-20 business days
- Rest of the World: 5-20 business days
The delivery times listed may vary on occasion due to a variety of factors, such as higher than usual package volumes or customs processing delays.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping rates are as follows:
- USA Standard: $5.72
- USA Priority (Currently not available): $10.95
- Canada: $7.95

Can I track my parcel?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
My order has not arrived. Where is my order?
All orders will have a tracking number sent to you once it has been dispatched. You can track your orders via the link sent in the email.
Depending on your local post office, orders may take longer to reach you.
Tracking status shows Delivered but I have not received it.
Occasionally, a package may be marked as 'delivered' by the shipping courier early, sometimes by up to 4 days. If you are unable to locate a shipment that was marked as delivered, we recommend the following tips:
- Verify that your shipping address is correct.
- Look for a notice from the courier of an attempted or rescheduled delivery.
- Look around the front of your residence to see if your package was left in an unusual location.
- Check with members of your household, housemates or landlords to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so couriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.
- You can also check with your neighbors to see if the package was misdelivered; we had cases where the couriers placed the package in the wrong mailbox.
If these tips do not help you locate your package, we recommend waiting 2 days from the time the package was marked as delivered. If it does not arrive within that window, please contact us.
I only received part of my order, where are the other items?
To ensure that you get your order as soon as possible, we may dispatch your goods from multiple warehouses, so please be aware that your order may be split into multiple packages and may not arrive together in one delivery. You will receive a tracking number for each separate package.
Can I pick up my order in store?
We currently do not offer in store pick up.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we now offer international shipping!
I want to change my order's shipping address.
We will not be able to change your address or any other information once the order has been processed. Please ensure that you have entered all information correctly before submitting your order.
If you discovered a mistake in your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make the necessary changes. Please be sure to include your order number and relevant information.
