Returns & Exchanges

 

All our products are backed by our 14-day satisfaction guarantee.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing defect with the product or if the product arrives damaged. Such cases are a rarity, but if it ever happens, please contact us for a return ID and we will exchange the item free of charge.

Please note that Package Protection is a separate policy. If you have purchased additional Package Protection and your package is lost or stolen, you must contact us within 10 days from the date the tracking indicates it was delivered.

What is your return policy?

Please get a return ID and approval from us before returning the order as any returns without a return ID and approval from us will be rejected, disposed, or both.

Items will only be accepted in its original condition (new and unused) with tags and packaging (if any) attached. We are not able to exchange items that appear to have been used, or are not in its original condition.

Please retain all packaging, including the mailer, that the product was received in. Before we can process any claims, we will require a video of both the product and all packaging.

To expedite claims, we reserve the right to resend the damaged or wrong parts of the order instead of requiring the order to be returned for an exchange.

Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

We do not accept any returns due to change of mind.

We only accept returns for approved exchanges under our 14-day satisfaction guarantee. The final decision regarding all claims rests with our team.

All sales are final and we will not be able to issue refunds.

I received a wrong or damaged item.

Contact us as soon as you receive it and we will do our best to make it right.

I want to change or cancel my order.

We will not be able to change or cancel your order once it is being processed.

If you discovered a mistake in your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make the necessary changes. Please be sure to include your order number and relevant information.

Exclusions

To ensure clarity, please note that claims will not be accepted for:

  • Claims submitted after the 14-day window.
  • Claims that cannot provide the requested documentation, such as the packaging in which the product was received.
