What is your Package Protection policy?

Our Package Protection covers packages in the following situations:

  • Lost by the carrier: If your package is confirmed lost during transit.
  • Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged due to mishandling.
  • Stolen from your porch or mailbox: If your package is stolen after delivery.

Claim Process

You can file a claim starting 2 business days after tracking shows the package as delivered. This allows time for carriers who might occasionally mislabel shipments.

The latest you can file a claim is 10 days from the date tracking shows the package as delivered.

Please note that Package Protection covers a single replacement only, not a refund. The final decision regarding all claims rests with our team.

Exclusions

To ensure clarity, please note that claims will not be accepted for:

  • Claims submitted after the 10-day window.
  • Claims where Package Protection was not purchased within the same order.
